Processed using the HSD (honey/semi-dry) method in Koraput, Odisha, this green coffee balances the brightness of washed coffee with the fruitiness of natural process.
Sold unroasted so roasters can develop their own profile, and priced on a tiered scale so larger orders bring the per-kg cost down.
